The Meal Support Program in Gonzales, LA, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals over the age of 16 in the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our unique approach offers free, virtual group meal sessions that create a welcoming environment for participants to engage with food alongside peer support. With meal support available four times daily at convenient lunch and dinner hours, individuals can join as many sessions as they need based on their personal schedule. Each session is facilitated by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are dedicated to fostering healing and recovery.
