Parents As Teachers - Region 9A MIECHV in Hammond, Louisiana, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of families through our no-cost, voluntary home visiting program. We prioritize support for expecting mothers and families with young children, pairing them with qualified nurses and parent educators who provide tailored coaching, health education, and essential referrals to community resources. Our mission is to empower families by building positive parenting skills, increasing caregiving confidence, and assisting in the pursuit of personal goals.
