Operation Family Fund is dedicated to providing essential financial assistance to eligible service members and their families in Homer, LA. Our mission is to support families by offering grants that address a variety of basic needs, including medical care and home purchases. We understand that navigating financial challenges can be overwhelming, which is why we are committed to facilitating access to resources that can make a meaningful difference. Each family is eligible for up to two grants, with a minimum six-month interval between applications, and support is contingent upon verification from your case manager or social worker regarding your service-connected disability rating. While we are currently facing a high volume of requests and limited funding due to reduced donations, we strive to remain a beacon of hope for those we serve, emphasizing the importance of community and resilience in challenging times.
