St. Luke's Episcopal Mobile Medical Ministry is dedicated to providing essential free preventive health screenings and basic health services to underserved communities throughout Homer, Louisiana, and surrounding parishes including Caddo, Bossier, Webster, Desoto, and Claiborne. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of individuals by offering vital services such as hypertension and diabetes screenings, health education, and medical referrals. We empower our community with comprehensive health promotion programs that cover nutrition, exercise, disease management, tobacco cessation, medication management, and breast health education. By focusing on preventive care and education, we strive to ensure that everyone has access to the resources they need for a healthier future.
