Diabetes HELP, located in Houma, LA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Louisiana Medicaid recipients living with diabetes through comprehensive education and support. Our diabetes self-management education program equips participants with essential skills in small group settings, fostering collaboration among patients, pharmacists, physicians, and healthcare teams.
