Our interactive Basic Diabetes Group Classes, conducted in a single 5-hour session with provided lunch, cover essential topics such as blood sugar monitoring, medication management, and effective strategies for preventing and managing diabetes-related complications. We also focus on healthy eating, understanding food labels, exercise, and personalized goal setting.
