The EF&S Program, run by the Quad-Area Community Action Agency in Independence, LA, is dedicated to supporting eligible families across West Feliciana Parish through vital assistance in food, rent, and utilities. Our mission is to alleviate hardships faced by our community by providing emergency food support, housing assistance, and utility bill help to those in need. While our primary focus is in West Feliciana, we also offer limited services in neighboring parishes to extend our reach.
