Operation Family Fund in Independence, LA, is dedicated to providing crucial financial assistance to eligible service members and their families through grants aimed at meeting basic needs, medical expenses, and home purchases. Our mission is to support those who have served by offering tangible help in times of need; however, we are currently facing significant demand that exceeds our available resources due to limited donations. Each family can apply for up to two grants, spaced a minimum of six months apart, with verification required from a case manager, social worker, or doctor regarding service-connected disability ratings. While we are not accepting new applications for the waiting list at this time, we remain committed to serving our heroes as soon as we are able to secure the necessary funding.
