About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Iowa, LA, provides essential, compassionate meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers free, live, and virtual drop-in group meal sessions held four times a day—two for lunch and two for dinner—creating a welcoming environment where participants can share a meal while receiving the support they need. Facilitated by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, our sessions ensure that participants feel safe and empowered as they take crucial steps toward recovery. Approved individuals are encouraged to join as many sessions as their schedule allows, making it easier to prioritize their health and well-being. While we provide vital meal support, please note that this program is not intended for urgent care or crisis situations; those in need of immediate assistance should contact crisis services.
