The Breastfeeding Support Group in Jeanerette, LA, is dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment for mothers at all stages of their breastfeeding journey. Led by La Leche League Leaders, our meetings serve as a platform for mothers to share their experiences, seek advice, and receive encouragement from one another. With a focus on key topics such as the benefits of breastfeeding, bringing your baby home, overcoming common challenges, and nutrition and weaning, we offer vital support to both new and expectant mothers alongside their little ones. Although in-person meetings are currently paused due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we encourage mothers to reach out to local leaders for support and information on alternative meeting options, ensuring that every mother can find the help and community she needs during this important time.
