Our Family Support program is a vital resource that offers accurate information and compassionate guidance right from the moment of diagnosis. We focus on delivering comprehensive services including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management strategies. Additionally, we assist families with navigating crucial processes related to Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
