Located in Kaplan, LA, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to supporting individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families. Our Family Support team is here to provide essential information and compassionate guidance during the critical moments following a diagnosis. We offer a range of services including accurate information, parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support. Additionally, we assist families with navigating the application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
