We understand the challenges these patients face, and our mission is to alleviate some of that burden by ensuring they have access to nourishing, warm meals in the comfort of their homes. While our program is focused on delivering comfort through food assistance, please note that due to high demand and limited funding, services may be subject to a waitlist.
