Located in Luling, LA, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women in their courageous fight against ovarian cancer. We understand the financial burdens that often accompany this battle, which is why we provide tailored financial assistance packages to help with essentials. Our program includes a $200 grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card, all aimed at easing some of the immediate challenges faced by our patients. In addition, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions via phone with licensed clinical social workers, and genetic counseling sessions over the phone with experienced genetic counselors to ensure our patients receive comprehensive support. We invite healthcare providers—physicians, nurses, and social workers—to submit applications on behalf of their patients. Applications are processed in the order they are received, and assistance is dependent on available funding, reflecting our commitment to serve those who are in need as swiftly as possible.
