The Women, Infant, & Children Program (WIC) in Luling, LA, hosted by the St. Charles Community Health Center through Access Health Louisiana, is dedicated to empowering low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old, with vital food assistance and nutritional support.
