Each year, eligible patients can receive up to $800 to cover expenses related to visiting a PNH specialist or obtaining a second opinion. This assistance can be used for airfare, train tickets, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and co-pays for medical visits or tests not covered by insurance. To ensure patients have the support they need, grantees can also travel with a companion, making it easier to access vital healthcare services.
