The Sabine Council on Aging, Inc. (SCOA) is dedicated to supporting the nutritional needs of individuals and families in Many, LA, through its Meal Service program. We understand the importance of access to healthy meals, which is why we provide essential services including congregate meals and home-delivered meals to those in need.
