Located in Marksville, LA, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to providing essential support for individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families. Our Family Support team offers a range of resources designed to assist families from the moment of diagnosis, including accurate information, parent mentoring, nutritional education, and meal planning tailored to individual needs. We also provide guidance on behavior management and assistance with navigating Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) applications and appeals.
