St. Luke's Episcopal Mobile Medical Ministry is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of underserved communities in Minden, LA, and surrounding areas such as Caddo, Bossier, Webster, DeSoto, and Claiborne parishes. We offer free preventive health screenings, including hypertension and diabetes tests, alongside vital health education and medical referrals to empower individuals in managing their health. Our commitment extends to promoting health through tailored programs that focus on nutrition, exercise, disease management, tobacco and alcohol cessation, and breast health education. By providing accessible basic health services, we strive to ensure that everyone has the opportunity for better health, regardless of their circumstances.
