The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in New Iberia, LA is dedicated to empowering individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive, free 12-month journey of education and support. Participants will benefit from six informative e-booklets tailored to guide them through key aspects of diabetes management, alongside a monthly e-newsletter that provides seasonal tips and local event information in both English and Spanish. By enrolling, individuals can also join our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, offering them the opportunity to interact directly with ADA experts about diabetes and its link to heart health, all while receiving helpful giveaways designed to support their daily living with diabetes.
