Our mission is to provide essential financial assistance tailored specifically for those battling this disease. We offer a comprehensive support package that includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card for transportation needs, and a $100 grocery card to help with food expenses. In addition, our program provides access to psycho-social counseling and genetic counseling sessions conducted via phone by licensed professionals. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, which are processed promptly based on available funding.
