The EF&S Program, operated by the Quad-Area Community Action Agency, is dedicated to providing vital assistance to families in Ponchatoula and throughout West Feliciana Parish. Our mission focuses on alleviating the urgent needs of our community by offering support with food assistance, rental payments, and utility costs.
