The PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund is dedicated to supporting individuals living with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) in Ponchatoula, LA, by providing essential financial assistance of up to $800 per patient each year for travel to see PNH specialists or obtain a second opinion. We understand the challenges that PNH patients face, and our mission is to alleviate some of the financial burden associated with medical travel. Our assistance covers a range of travel expenses, including airfare or train tickets, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and co-pays for medical visits or tests that insurance may not cover. Each grantee can also bring a companion to provide additional support during their journey.
