Here, mothers come together to share their breastfeeding journeys in a friendly, accepting atmosphere, fostering connections that celebrate the beauty of motherhood. Led by La Leche League Leaders, our meetings emphasize supportive mother-to-mother sharing and provide valuable nutrition education for both moms and their babies. We rotate through essential topics such as the benefits of breastfeeding, preparing to bring baby home, strategies for avoiding common challenges, and guidance on nutrition and weaning.
