The Meal Support Program in Ruston, LA, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our innovative approach offers live, virtual group meals that create a nurturing and safe environment for participants to engage in nourishing their bodies while receiving valuable support. We offer meal support sessions four times daily, with two options for lunch and two for dinner, allowing flexibility for individuals to attend according to their personal schedules. Each session is facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program who are on their way to obtaining their CNS certification. While our program is designed to assist with meal support, we encourage those in crisis or requiring urgent care to reach out for appropriate emergency services.
