The EF&S Program, offered by the Quad-Area Community Action Agency, is dedicated to supporting eligible families in Saint Amant, LA, and the surrounding West Feliciana Parish with essential assistance in food, housing, and utilities. Through compassionate service, we strive to provide emergency food assistance, help with housing expenses, and utility support to ensure that families have the resources they need to thrive. While our primary services focus on West Feliciana Parish, limited assistance is also available in neighboring parishes.
