Located in Scott, LA, the Selma Schimmel Vital Grant program is dedicated to supporting individuals grappling with the financial burdens that accompany chronic, terminal, or rare illnesses, including cancer, Parkinson's, and Huntington's Disease. We provide essential utility assistance and grocery assistance to help alleviate some of the challenges faced during such difficult times. It’s important to note that our grant covers either utilities or groceries, ensuring that help goes where it's most needed. Additionally, through our collaboration with Vital Options International (VOI), we connect individuals with other services that may provide further assistance, embodying our commitment to holistic care and support during life’s most challenging moments.
