Head Start is a dedicated program located in Tickfaw, Louisiana, focused on providing high-quality early education for eligible families with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. Our mission is to foster the growth and development of young children while supporting their families through a range of essential services. We offer parenting education to empower caregivers, comprehensive health and social-emotional wellness services tailored for women before, during, and after pregnancy, as well as vital nutrition education and family support services.
