Our program provides monthly nutritional food boxes filled with items such as canned meats, fruits, vegetables, breakfast cereals, American cheese, and more, designed to help seniors maintain a healthy and balanced diet. In addition to food distribution, we empower participants with valuable nutrition education, offering tips on meal preparation, budgeting on food expenditures, and healthy eating habits.
