Home Delivered Meals, based in Aberdeen, MD, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals facing critical and life-threatening illnesses. We understand that health challenges can make accessing, affording, or preparing nutritious meals overwhelming, which is why we offer medically appropriate meals delivered to your door at no cost. Our program serves Baltimore City and 14 surrounding Maryland counties, extending our reach up to 140 miles from our kitchen on N. Milton Avenue. Each week, we deliver up to 18 healthy meals alongside a bag of fresh fruit and produce, all while making sure our clients feel valued with a friendly visit and a warm hug. To benefit from our Home Delivered Meals, clients must be referred by their primary care provider using the necessary meal applications. We are here to ensure that our neighbors in need receive the care and support they deserve during challenging times.
