The School Health Readiness Program in Abingdon, MD is dedicated to ensuring that students have access to essential healthcare services, including medical and mental health support, regardless of their financial situation. Operating within four Title I elementary schools in Harford County—Edgewood, Hall’s Cross Roads, Magnolia, and William Paca/Old Post Road—our program offers vital preventive care and treatment to children who may struggle to obtain these services elsewhere. We firmly believe that no child should be denied access to care due to inability to pay; therefore, we accept both Medical Assistance and private insurances, with fees for private pay clients determined by family income and size. Our mission is to empower every student with the health resources they need to thrive academically and personally.
