Located in Abingdon, MD, the THRIVE Program offers essential services for individuals affected by Hepatitis C and HIV, dedicated to preventing, treating, and managing these conditions. Our comprehensive approach includes outpatient ambulatory health services, both primary care and HIV specialty care, as well as medical case management that supports clients in both clinic and community settings. We prioritize holistic health by providing mental health care, outpatient substance abuse treatment for opioid use disorder, and nutritional therapy, including consultations with a nutritionist and access to Ensure®. Our food bank and home-delivered meals ensure that every client has access to nourishing food options. In addition, we offer a range of professional services including legal assistance and transportation support through public transit tokens. We also help alleviate financial burdens with health insurance premium cost sharing, copay assistance, and emergency financial aid for medications, ensuring that our clients receive the comprehensive support they need to thrive.
