Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) is dedicated to empowering individuals in Arnold, MD to achieve their weight loss goals within a supportive and encouraging community. Our initiative offers a variety of tools and programs focused on healthy living and effective weight management. We meet every other Wednesday at the Pip Moyer Recreation Center, providing a welcoming environment for members to participate in private weigh-ins, engage in health and nutrition education, and partake in exercise discussions. Each meeting features an informative chapter program that covers contemporary topics on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes, designed to motivate and reinforce our members' commitment to their weight management journey.
