Located in Arnold, MD, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. With a mission to combat obesity among our service members, MOVE! actively screens every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities and connects them with personalized weight management options. Our offerings include engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-directed weight management. For Veterans facing more complex weight-related challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
