Each participant benefits from a committed one-on-one Mental Health Coordinator, access to our engaging Day Program which emphasizes social interaction and coping skills, and the Health and Wellness Program that promotes both mental and physical well-being. Additionally, we offer convenient virtual and telehealth appointments, ensuring that ongoing support remains accessible. Our Care Coordinators are trained to assist consumers in navigating essential resources related to substance abuse, homelessness, and employment, creating a personalized, comprehensive approach for full community integration.
