The THRIVE Program in Beltsville, MD, is dedicated to supporting individuals facing a variety of health challenges, including Hepatitis C and HIV. Our mission is to provide comprehensive care through outpatient ambulatory health services, including both primary care and specialized HIV treatment. We offer personalized medical case management to ensure clients receive the coverage they need, alongside mental health support and substance abuse outpatient services, including treatment for opioid use disorder. Our program also features medical nutritional therapy, ensuring access to nutritionist consultations and food bank resources, as well as home delivered meals for those in need. To facilitate holistic support, we provide additional services such as access to legal assistance, transportation tokens for easy clinic visits, health insurance premium cost sharing, and emergency financial help for medications. Through these services, we strive to empower our community members towards healthier lives with dignity and care.
