Home Delivered Meals is dedicated to supporting individuals in Berlin, MD, who face critical health challenges that make it difficult for them to access, afford, or prepare nutritious meals. Our program provides medically appropriate meals, delivered at no cost, to neighbors in need across Baltimore City and 14 surrounding Maryland counties. Each week, participants receive up to 18 nourishing meals, plus a weekly bag of fresh fruit and produce, all delivered with a personal touch to offer companionship and care. Our mission emphasizes the importance of dignity and support, ensuring that those who are often isolated know they are valued. To participate in our Home Delivered Meals program, individuals must be referred by their primary care provider, utilizing our meal application forms for easy access to these vital services.
