Simple Cooking with Heart/SNAP-Ed in Bowie, MD, is dedicated to empowering SNAP-eligible residents through essential culinary and nutrition education. Our program provides practical cooking skills and valuable nutrition knowledge over a comprehensive four-week course. Participants not only gain confidence in the kitchen but also receive two complimentary bags of fresh, home-delivered produce to support healthy eating at home. Currently available through virtual classes, we strive to make nutritious meal preparation accessible and enjoyable for all families in our community.
