Located in Brooklyn, MD, the THRIVE Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals living with or at risk for Hepatitis C and HIV. Our comprehensive services include outpatient primary care and HIV specialty care, medical case management, mental health support, and substance abuse treatment, particularly for opioid use disorder, with Suboxone® prescriptions available. We believe in holistic health, offering medical nutritional therapy, access to a food bank, and home-delivered meals to ensure that nutritional needs are met. In addition to direct health services, we provide essential support through transportation tokens, health insurance premium assistance, and emergency financial aid for medications, all aimed at empowering individuals to achieve better health outcomes and thrive in their communities.
