Home Delivered Meals in Cambridge, MD, is dedicated to serving individuals facing critical and life-threatening illnesses who are unable to access, afford, or prepare nutritious meals. Through our Home-Delivered Meals Program, we provide medically nutritious meals and essential support at no cost to those in need across Baltimore City and 14 Maryland counties, some of which extend up to 140 miles from our North Milton Avenue kitchen. Each week, we deliver up to 18 healthy meals, along with a bag containing up to 5 servings of fresh fruit and produce, ensuring our clients receive the nourishment they require. Beyond just meals, we aim to combat isolation by offering a friendly visit and a warm gesture, reminding individuals that they are valued and cared for. Referrals from primary care providers are necessary to receive our services, and we welcome community involvement in helping connect those in need with our meal assistance programs.
