Located in Cambridge, MD, the Meal Support Program by Project HEAL provides vital, free meal assistance for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program recognizes the unique challenges faced during recovery and offers a warm, supportive environment through live, virtual drop-in group meals held four times daily, featuring two lunch and two dinner sessions. Participants are welcome to join as many sessions as their schedule allows, receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners working towards their CNS certification. While our focus is on meal support rather than crisis intervention, we encourage those in immediate distress to seek urgent care by texting HEALING to 741741 or contacting emergency services.
