Located in Capitol Heights, MD, the Community Place Cafe Food Assistance Program (CPCFAP) is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity for families and individuals, including those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Partnering with 32 faith-based organizations, this initiative provides essential support by distributing supermarket gift cards to eligible households, ensuring access to nutritious food for those in need.
