The Food Pantry in Capitol Heights, MD, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to our neighbors in need. Our program operates every Thursday, with a commitment to accessibility: on the 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Thursdays, we offer TEFAP food, which requires a valid Maryland ID, while on the 2nd Thursday, we invite everyone to join us outside with no eligibility requirements.
