Located in Capitol Heights, MD, Simple Cooking with Heart/SNAP-Ed is dedicated to empowering SNAP-eligible residents through essential culinary and nutrition education. Our program offers a comprehensive four-week curriculum that teaches valuable cooking skills while promoting the importance of nutritious eating. Participants not only gain essential knowledge but also receive two free bags of home-delivered produce, ensuring access to healthy ingredients that nourish both body and mind.
