At the THRIVE Program in Capitol Heights, MD, we are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals living with Hepatitis C and HIV. Our holistic approach encompasses a comprehensive array of outpatient health services, including primary care and HIV specialty care, alongside essential medical case management both in-clinic and within the community. We prioritize mental health support and substance abuse treatment, offering programs for opioid use disorder and consultations with nutritionists for personalized medical nutritional therapy. To further support our clients, we operate a food bank providing emergency food assistance and home-delivered meals, as well as access to crucial resources like legal services, transportation tokens, health insurance premium assistance, and emergency financial aid for medications. Our mission is to empower those we serve with compassionate care and the resources they need to thrive.
