Located in Catonsville, MD, the THRIVE Program is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals living with, or at risk for, illnesses such as Hepatitis C and HIV. We offer comprehensive outpatient health services, including primary care and specialized HIV care, alongside tailored medical case management that extends into the community. Our support services encompass mental health care, substance abuse treatment for opioid use disorder including Suboxone® prescriptions, and medical nutritional therapy through consultations with our nutritionists. Additionally, we provide essential resources such as a food bank and home-delivered meals to ensure nutritional needs are met. We also assist with transportation through public transport tokens, help with health insurance premiums, and offer emergency financial assistance for medications. Our mission is to create a supportive environment that prioritizes health, accessibility, and compassionate care.
