Home Delivered Meals, based in Chestertown, MD, specializes in providing food assistance to individuals facing critical and life-threatening illnesses. Our mission is to ensure that those who are unable to access, afford, or prepare medically appropriate meals can receive the nutrition they need at no cost. We deliver up to 18 healthy meals each week, along with a bag of fresh fruit and produce, directly to our clients' doors in Baltimore City and 14 Maryland counties—some locations stretching as far as 140 miles from our kitchen. In addition to nutritious meals, our dedicated team offers friendly visits, bringing warmth and companionship to those who often feel isolated. To access our services, clients must be referred by their primary care provider. We believe that everyone deserves to feel cared for and supported during difficult times, and we are here to make that a reality.
