MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Chestertown, MD, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to proactively screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that meet their unique needs. We offer a variety of care options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer a more self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, alongside medical solutions such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not found success with other methods.
