At the Catholic Charities Center in Chevy Chase, MD, we believe in providing comprehensive support to families facing life’s toughest challenges. Our mission is to extend a helping hand through a diverse range of services, including case management, crisis intervention, and referral support. Our Choice Food Pantry and Mobile Market ensure that families have access to emergency food and fresh produce, while our offerings of clothing, shoes, and diapers meet essential needs. We also empower parents via our Parent Education and Empowerment Group, and provide financial education classes to help families regain stability. Additionally, we assist with rent, mortgage, and utility payments, as well as offer financial support to single mothers battling cancer. Our commitment extends to immigration legal services and supportive measures for pregnant women in need. We welcome walk-ins on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., inviting those in need to find resources and support within our caring community.
