Located in Clinton, MD, the THRIVE Program - Ryan White Services is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals impacted by Hepatitis C and HIV. Our comprehensive approach encompasses outpatient ambulatory health services, including both primary care and specialized HIV treatment. We offer essential medical case management tailored to both clinic and community settings, along with vital mental health support and substance abuse outpatient services, including treatment for opioid use disorder. Our program also provides medical nutritional therapy, food bank services, and home-delivered meals to ensure that nutritional needs are met. In addition, we facilitate access to other professional services, such as legal assistance, and offer transportation tokens to help clients reach their appointments. To further reduce barriers to care, we assist with health insurance premium costs and provide emergency financial support for medications, ensuring that our clients receive the comprehensive care they need to thrive.
